Problem Statement

Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is the gas that accounts for the largest proportion among greenhouse gases. CO2 is mainly generated through the combustion of fossil fuels and also through deforestation and land clearing for agriculture. The emissions of CO2 began to increase rapidly since around 1950, and what was only 6 billion tons of annual CO2 emissions in 1950 has exceeded 37 billion tons in recent years. While it is known that CO2 significantly contributes to climate change on Earth, what specific impacts is it having on the planet?

With the anticipated rise in CO2 emissions in the future, the aforementioned threats are expected to escalate. To prevent impending catastrophic events caused by CO2, the world needs to urgently reduce emissions.
