About Us

Hello, I am currently majoring in TSM as a Senior.  I'm a dedicated American football enthusiast with a strong passion for delving into data across diverse domains. Currently gearing up for graduate school in data science, I find joy in unraveling insights from information. Beyond my academic pursuits, my consciousness extends to environmental concerns, with a keen awareness of carbon emissions and the pressing issue of climate change. Motivated by a desire to make a positive impact on the world, particularly in addressing climate challenges, I am hopeful that this platform will offer valuable insights and information about the current carbon emission problems.

 Hello, I am a freshman majoring in TSM. I have so many hobbies, but I am not always deeply into them. These days, I am into tennis, shopping and studying with friends. Throughout this course, I have learned how weather and climate works in terms of the theoretical side and applying it to the practical and real world problems and solutions. In this project, I have participated in researching the current problems related to carbon emissions and finding feasible solutions.

I am majoring in Business Management and this is my second semester of sophomore year. I am an outgoing person so I like hanging out with my friends. I also enjoy watching movies and taking photographs of nature and landscapes.

Throughout the course, studying weather and climate has been helpful to my understanding of climate change and extreme weather events. As a member of WC-1, it was worthwhile to participate in this project and build this webpage. We studied the problems of Carbon emissions and found out solutions to them. 

Hello, I'm Sophomore Jaehoon Chang majoring in TSM. I am currently majoring TSM and this year is my third year as a student of SUNY Korea.

I'm expecting everyone to enhance understandings of seriousness that carbon dioxide bears on climate change and contribute to searching for a better solution to solve climate change and recover biodiversity, which I deal with for this presentation, throughout this ATM 102 class and our group's contribution to this class as well as climate change issue.

I am Seungjun Lee who is attending TSM for the first semester of my third year in SUNY Korea.

I usually like to watch dramas in my free time. Recently, I enjoyed watching the Korean dramas, The Worst Evil and The Astral Chronicle 2. Another hobby of mine is exercising at the gym. At first, I started exercising for health purposes at the gym, but recently, I have become more passionate about exercising as I am interested in changing my body.

I participated in this project as a group 1. I actively communicated with my group members for this project and as a result, I was interested in the subject of a specific field and investigated the problems, solutions, and sources of the field. In this project, the topic of our group looked into the damage situation caused by carbon emissions and how to reduce them. I've been curious about the environment since I was a child, and while researching this topic, I learned that many organisms and nature are being damaged, either directly or indirectly, by carbon emissions. As a result, my goal in this project is for people to recognize the seriousness of carbon emissions and to try to reduce them.
